Here's what you’ll need to recreate this crafty Christmas tag:

I began with a basic, blank tag base. It’s nothing fancy, just a sturdy card stock that’s ready to take on some holiday magic.

Next, I grabbed my Clear Texture Paste and a stencil with a cross-stitch Christmas design. Using the stencil, I applied the paste, creating a raised, festive pattern that’s going to be the star of this project. I let it dry naturally.

Once the texture paste had dried [it will become tranparent], I reached for some Red Wagon acrylics and sprayed it onto the tag. Let’s be real, if there’s one color that screams “Santa’s Sleigh is about to land,” it’s red, so I covered that tag with a nice, cheerful coat of it.

I couldn’t resist adding a little more holiday magic, so I diluted some Frosted Pine Polishing Plaster(because frosted pine just sounds like the essence of Christmas, right?) and sprayed it onto the tag. The cool green hue added a touch of frosted, snow-covered pine tree vibes.

Now, Embellishing! I added all the Christmas-y things I could find in my craft stash—tiny pinecones, a few jingle bells, and some poinsettia.Once everything was glued down and dry, my tag was ready to spread holiday joy!

Now that your tag is all set, here are a few ways you can use it to add some extra holiday spirit to your celebrations:

Tie this beauty to your holiday presents! It’ll definitely make your gifts stand out under the tree or use it as a quirky ornament for your Christmas tree. That cross-stitch pattern will look so cozy hanging next to your lights and tinsel. You can also use it as a personalized place card for your holiday dinner table. A little extra touch of love for your guests.

If you’ve ever wondered whether crafting can actually feel like Christmas, then this tag is your answer. It’s full of texture, color, and little touches that bring a handmade warmth to the season. So grab your supplies, queue up some Christmas music and make a few of these tags for the holiday season.

Lots of love,

Eva

Happy Crafting, and may your holiday be as delightful as a well-stitched Christmas pattern!
