Painted Earrings using Shimmering Acrylics

I am a Boho girl.. love the fun and funky vibe that goes with it.. Like a Wild Gypsy! I purchased the earring base and wanted to add Shimmering Matte Acrylic Paints! These acrylic paints add the shimmer I was looking for and accented the beads perfectly!

Supplies

• Perfect Paints Shimmering Acrylics in Spring Green, Vintage Patina, Red Wagon and Rainstorm

• Earring base - purchased at Hobby Lobby

• Small hole Punch

• Gold Gel Pen for outlining

• Beads drops ( beads on wire)

• 2 silver jump rings ( 8mm)

• 2 Silver earring hooks

Perfect Paints Shimmering Acrylic Paints

Directions:

1. Start by gathering your favorite Perfect Paints Shimmering Acrylics t0 paint on the earring base.

2. Using a paint brush carefully paint in the areas. After drying outline the design in the gold gel pen.

3. Seal all with KarMar varnish or similar

4. I used a small hole punch to create the holes in the bottom for the beads on the wire to fit through. Push beads and wire through and secure by creating a circle with the end of the wire and meet either end together and close.

5. Apply the 8mm jump rings to the smaller rings at the top and close. Take the earring hooks and connect to the jump rings and close.

6. There you have it a very fun and easy to make pair of Boho Earrings!
