Turn Your Magic On Art Journal Page with Perfect Paints

Hello crafty friends, Jody here with a new mixed media art journal page! I have been feeling a little overwhelmed by the amount of stuff I have collected. I thought a quick and easy art journal page would help ground me. I used a few digital images from Tandi Art. I picked a few colors from my Perfect Paints products to use. I used the beautiful color of the Shimmering Matte Acrylics in Barely There, Sangria, Peony, Bright Gold and Honey Gold.
I first used my Shimmering Matte Acrylics to paint both images. They are fun and whimsy. Exactly what my oversimulated brain needed. I let them try completely then, fussy cut them out. For the background page, I simply scraped the paint colors down the page.
To add a few details, I used a paint marker to go over some of the lines in the image. I think this helped pop some for those paints. The shine is incredible.
To complete the page I added a piant marker frame with some scribbles on top and bottom of the page.
